Ari focuses his intellectual property work in the patent area, gaining experience in drafting patent applications, responding to official actions from the United States Patent and Trademark Office, counseling clients and litigating patent cases for plaintiffs and defendants. Ari has participated in software, electrical, and mechanical patent prosecution.
With a degree in Computer Science Engineering, Ari has completed coursework in programming languages, operating systems, telecommunications, software development, and digital design, and has experience designing extensive and simple user interfaces.
Since 2002, Ari has been practicing patent law, developing expertise in both prosecution and litigation in the federal courts, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the International Trade Commission.
Ari has prosecuted applications and litigated cases in many technical areas from computer software to networking to mechanical and medical devices.
