Carey’s practice is focused on trademark prosecution and managing, auditing, and preparing accurate information disclosure statements across complex patent family structures.
Carey works in both the Patent and Trademark groups and her clients range from non-profits to solo business owners to large corporations. She concentrates on managing disclosure requirements throughout our client’s complex patent families and ensures the patents are compliant with USPTO regulations.
Carey is also experienced in providing litigation support and trademark prosecution.
Prior to joining the firm, Carey worked for a defense litigation firm and served as law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia Covie-Leese of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Carey volunteers as a child advocate through the Support Center for Child Advocates and is a member of PIPLA.
