Dionne’s practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications. Dionne’s other focus areas are copyright registration and litigation, licensing of intellectual property and patent litigation.
Dionne’s practice involves assisting clients with their trademark portfolio from beginning to end. This includes giving clearance opinions on a proposed mark, prosecuting and maintaining trademarks, responding to office actions and representing clients before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Dionne has substantial experience prosecuting both domestic and foreign trademarks as well as negotiating and drafting license agreements in corporate and private practice.
Prior to joining Volpe and Koenig, P.C., Dionne worked for a patent law office and as intellectual property counsel for a small corporation in King of Prussia, PA. She also has experience working in the life sciences as a Research Associate in molecular genetics and microbiology at University of Pennsylvania’s Veterinary Hospital.
