Mr. Glabicki’s practice focuses on licensing support, strategic prosecution and due diligence. Mr. Glabicki works with clients to assist with managing their portfolio and licensing programs.
Mr. Glabicki works with clients on monetizing their portfolio, including mining portfolios, mapping patents, preparing claim charts and prosecution of strategic assets. Mr. Glabicki’s work for clients has contributed to his clients securing revenues for their patents exceeding one billion dollars.
Mr. Glabicki, prior to working for Volpe and Koenig, P.C., worked as a registered professional engineer for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command.

Mr. Glabicki has been an adjunct professor on intellectual property protection and conducted a seminar on patent cooperation treaty practice.

I am a father of two young boys and my interests dovetail with theirs. We enjoying winter sports, such as skiing and snow tubing. We also enjoy spending our summers in North Wildwood, New Jersey swimming and boating.
