Volpe Koenig Named a Winner of the Delaware Valley Top Workplaces 2022 Award

Volpe Koenig has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Almost 75% of Volpe Koenig’s employees responded with the top three words that best described the firm culture being “Professional”, “Teamwork” and “Cooperative”

The firm received top scores in the categories of Clued-In Employees, Open-Mindedness and Clued-in Leaders. “Volpe Koenig encourages different points of view,” said firm Executive Director Jerry Wyckoff. “It’s gratifying to see that reflected in staff opinions.”

This is the second year in a row that Volpe Koenig has made the list.
