Volpe Koenig Named a Winner of the Delaware Valley Top Workplaces 2024 Award for the Fourth Year in a Row
For the fourth year in a row, Volpe Koenig has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization.
More than half of Volpe Koenig’s employees responded saying the top words that best described the firm culture are “Flexible”, “Inclusive”, “Positive” and “Autonomous”.
"With about three quarters of our workforce working remotely, we strive to retain a tight knit and collaborative firm culture,” said John C. Donch, President of Volpe Koenig. “It is our people that make Volpe Koenig such a great place to work. It is especially gratifying to see milestone work anniversaries of 10, 15, 20 years and more every month”
The firm received top scores in the categories of Clued-In Employees, Inclusion and Appreciation. “Volpe Koenig encourages input from all staff,” said firm Executive Director Jerry Wyckoff. “I’m pleased to see that reflected in the survey results. We are thrilled that so many people continue to choose to contribute their considerable skills and talents at Volpe Koenig”
