Volpe Koenig Welcomes Attorney Nicholas M. Tinari
Volpe Koenig is pleased to welcome attorney Nicholas Tinari as an associate in the Philadelphia office.
Nick focuses his practice on procuring, enforcing, licensing, analyzing and challenging patents and copyrights. Nick has a broad range of experience with patents in the electronics, imaging, telecommunications and software fields, as well as in medical devices and the mechanical arts.
For the past 20 years, Nick has served as an intellectual property law attorney at several Philadelphia-area boutique and multi-practice law firms.
Prior to his legal career, Nick was Electronic and Software Engineering Consultant focusing on system design and coding for microprocessor-based instrumentation for military and commercial aircraft
Nick earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, from Drexel University and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
