Volpe and Koenig Partner Serves on Panel at American Bar Association’s Inaugural Conference

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA (March 1, 2011) – Volpe and Koenig, P.C., a leading intellectual property law firm with offices in Philadelphia and Princeton, announced that Anthony S. Volpe, recently served on a panel at The Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) inaugural “New Partner and In-House Counsel Conference.” The members of the panel including Volpe discussed the topic “Preparing for Litigation.” The event, providing guidance and advice to young lawyers and co-sponsored by the Philadelphia Bar Association, was held on February 25-26, 2011 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia and attracted over 100 new partners and in-house counsel from all over the United States.

Volpe, a member of the ABA, and the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, specializes in securing, licensing and enforcing all aspects of intellectual property rights. He also has experience in foreign intellectual property matters, including litigations, administrative proceedings, and licensing of territorial and global rights. Volpe is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal, Third and Fourth Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
