Elizabeth Miller

Liz has extensive experience with all aspects of docketing and records. She works closely with every client with a focus on accurate record keeping and compliance with domestic and foreign deadlines. She serves as the client’s primary contact for all docket matters and often provides monthly status reports to help them manage their portfolios.

Liz stays current on domestic and foreign filing procedures concerning the filing of U.S. applications, foreign applications, Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) applications and national phase applications primarily focusing on patent portfolio management and administrative coordination.

Liz enjoys spending her free time outdoors, gardening, going for walks and spending time with her two dogs as well as her family. Raised at the Jersey Shore, Liz loves going to the beach on the weekends.
