2021 State of Patent Practice- A Patent Law Wrap Up
Volpe Koenig ends the year with a CLE webinar looking back on some of the most important patent cases of 2021 and their impact on the patent practitioner. Starting with a broad, statistical overview of 2021, the presenters will expand on patent trends and filing analytics, as well as litigation developments. Taking a closer examination at several precedential and pivotal cases, the presenters will provide analysis on cases involving Section 101 developments, assignments, design patents, indefiniteness, and inequitable conduct.
