Michael’s practice focuses on patent prosecution of electrical hardware and software-based innovations.

He regularly provides IP counsel to companies ranging from industry leaders to Philadelphia-based small businesses. His practical guidance assists companies in protecting their technologies and developing their intellectual property portfolios, including portfolio optimization assessments , claim chart creation and patent prosecution.

Before joining the firm, Michael gained valuable experience working as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office where he dealt with a wide range of subject matters spanning cloud computing architecture to augmented reality for point-of-sale systems.
