Robert J. L. Moore
Overview
Rob is a independent contractor with Volpe Koenig. He is an IP strategist and litigator who helps clients devise IP strategies tailored to their long- and medium-term goals and their larger business objectives. Besides helping clients understand, protect, and extract the value of their innovations and brands, Rob also advises clients on how to mitigate the threat of infringement allegations.

Rob also helps connect innovators and investors and create assertion vehicles that share the risk of assertion fairly.
